The scope of work for this contract includes: Clearing, grubbing and demolition of selected site elements. Site grading, earthwork and drainage. Utility installation, including stormwater, electrical and potable water lines. Concrete sidewalks and flatwork construction. Pedestrian lighting. Playground construction. Site furniture installation including benches, tables, trash receptacles, and bicycle racks. Irrigation. Landscaping
