The University of Texas System (“Owner”) and The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (“Owner”) are soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals (“Proposals”) for selection of a General Contractor firm for RFP No. 25-JZ-07 - CIP Project No. 903-1547 for the Repair and Renovation of the Brownsville Visual Arts Complex (BVACX) (“Project”), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals
