OSPM HVAC Steam Replacement

The State of Oregon, Department 291001 - Statewide, is soliciting proposals for the OSPM HVAC Steam Replacement project under RFP number S-29100-00014242. The main purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified contractor to replace the existing HVAC steam system at the Oregon State Penitentiary (OSPM). The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the old steam system and the installation of a new, efficient HVAC system. Key requirements include adherence to provided specifications, plans, and the Statement of Work (SOW).
