Hilcorp Alaska, LLC Whiskey Gulch Gas Production Pipeline, Lease Plan of Operations Amendment

The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas (Division) received a Lease Plan of Operations Amendment application on August 1, 2025, from Hilcorp Alaska, LLC (Hilcorp) requesting authorization to install a gas production pipeline on the existing Whiskey Gulch Pad near Anchor Point. The proposed project will be adjudicated under AS 38.05 and 11 AAC 83.158. Installation of the pipeline will utilize both trenching and horizontal directional drilling methods.
