Description

The Select Plus Agreement is for all Microsoft perpetual licenses (i.e. Visio, Project, Visual Studio, etc.), and would include ALL Microsoft Licenses for the Department of Commerce. Payments for the Select Plus Agreement are broken out over the three (3) years. Other licenses would be on other agreements, such as the Server & Cloud Enrollment (SEC) / Agreement (i.e. DynamicAX, D365, Visual Studio MSDN). This agreement is for LIQ. A NEW SEC Enrollment Agreement is signed every three (3) years with payments being made annually over the three (3) years. This is a renewal of Visio and Visual Studio licenses for the IT team these are needed for collaborating, whiteboarding and programming applications. These 2 apps are used daily for planning and creation of work product
