Description
SCOPE: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract for the purchase of Sciex 5500+ Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometer (QTRAP) for the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSHP) Crime Lab. This QTRAP will replace current Shimadzu 8050 Mass Spectrometer and trade allowance will be considered. The Crime Lab Toxicology Section uses QTRAPs to identify and confirm the presence of drugs of abuse in biological matrices. Replacing this instrument will improve efficiencies while reducing case back long and turn around time. This is a turnkey purchase, contractor will be responsible for all associated delivery, installation, training and initial calibration as defined herein
