The City of Goodyear (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified master developers to develop a premier retail, restaurant, and entertainment area on approximately 58 acres of city-owned land surrounding Goodyear Ballpark, including four (4) retail spaces (“Retail Liner”) attached to Goodyear Ballpark. This area serves as the home for Major League Baseball (MLB) spring training for the Cleveland Guardians and Cincinnati Reds and presents a unique opportunity for a dynamic, high-quality mixed-use development that enhances the city's economic vitality and community appeal
