OSP Floor Coverings 2025

The City of McMinnville is soliciting quotes (RFQu) for OSP (presumably Outside Plant) Floor Coverings, due August 27, 2025. The scope of work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the provision, maintenance, and repair of various types of flooring, potentially encompassing hardwood, specialized industrial flooring (resinous, elastomeric liquid, etc.) and general flooring materials. This also extends to related services like refinishing, sealing, demolition, excavation, paver block installation, and potentially striping. Furthermore, maintenance and repair services extend beyond general flooring to include golf courses, hike and bike trails, oil and gas refineries, power plants, statues and monuments, street lighting, swimming pools, tennis and sport courts, and structural monitoring.
