Scope of Work- TheHealth and Human Services Commission (HHSC) requests sealed Proposals fromeligible pharmaceutical wholesalers to establish a Contract for the fulfilment ofpharmaceuticals and other items available primarily through their GroupPurchasing Organization Contract (collectively, the “Pharmaceutical Products”)required to support HHSC, the Department of State Health Services (DSHS), andOther Eligible Participants’ (OEPs) healthcare programs.Contract Term- The initial term of any Contractresulting from this Solicitation will be for a period of three (3) years, ifnot terminated sooner.
