LAND LEASE ADA-90685: 6223 OLD AIRPORT ROAD LLC, SUPPLEMENT 4PUBLIC NOTICE - PROPOSAL TO AMEND A LEASE OF LANDAT FAIRBANKS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTIn accordance with 17 AAC 42.400(a) – The following should be published: August 1, 2025 through August 31, 2025 (30-days) in the Alaska Online Public Notice System.NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO SUPPLEMENT A LAND LEASE: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Fairbanks International Airport (Airport) proposes to extend the term of Land Lease ADA-90685, as follows: LESSEE: 6223 Old Airport Road LLC PREMISES: Block 3, Lot 12, consisting of approximately 9,205 square feet. LEASE TERM: Sixteen (16) years, beginning June 1, 2010 and ending May 31, 2026. CURRENT LEASE RENTAL RATE: The annual rent is $2,025.10 ($0.22 per square foot x 9,205 square feet). AUTHORIZED USES: Warm storage, maintenance of Lessee’s trucks and equipment and office space in support of ground handling activities at FAI. PROPOSED TERM EXTENSION: Five (5) year term extension is requested based on no additional investment in permanent improvements.This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition.
