The City of Suffolk has issued this sealed Request for Proposal (RFP) for the sole purpose of obtaining responsive proposals from qualified firms to provide professional engineering services for infrastructure for the Department of Public Works on an as needed basis. Some projects required under this contract may be federally funded; all related policies and procedures related to Federal and State statues will apply
