Description

The project consists of removal and replacement of approximately 34,000 sf of gravel parking lot surface to an 8” depth, installation of concrete curbing, asphalt approaches at entrance and exit, installation of ADA compliant sidewalk, regarding existing water detention areas, regrading of site to improve drainage, jet-vac existing stormwater pipes and inlets and other items associated with the repair work.Addendum 1 - Issued Tuesday, January 27, 2026
