Mobile and Temporary Food Event Services

The City of Greenacres is soliciting proposals for Mobile and Temporary Food Event Services, as outlined in RFP number 505323 (Agency Bid ID: RFP-25-010-0-2025/RW). The purpose of this RFP is to secure qualified vendors to provide mobile and stationary concessions, catering, and vending services for various city events. The scope of services includes, but is not necessarily limited to, providing food and beverage services at temporary and mobile locations throughout the city. It is expected that vendors will be able to meet all health and safety requirements, provide a variety of food options, and manage all aspects of food service including setup, operation, and cleanup.
