Description

The City of Winston-Salem is seeking Interest from qualified individuals or businesses interested in leasing and operating a city-owned hydroponics/greenhouse facility opened in 2022. The lessee will need to independently manage the facility and align its use with community goals. The City reserves the right to enter into negotiations with the best firm or issue a formal request for proposals
