The Town is seeking a qualified construction contractor to replace the roof at the Chapel Hill Public Works Campus. Pursuant to Section 143-129 of the General Statutes of North Carolina, sealed proposals for the Roof Replacement – Public Works Campus (the “Project) to be furnished to the Town of Chapel Hill, N.C. will be received by Zakia Alam, Purchasing and Contracts Manager, at the Town Hall in the First Floor Conference Room #102, 405 Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Chapel Hill, North Carolina, 27514 until 2:00 p.m., on September 3, 2025, at which time they will be opened and publicly read
