STATE OF ALASKADEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION & PUBLIC FACILITIES (DOT&PF)CENTRAL REGIONINVITATION TO BIDSealed bids for Interior Alaska Veterans Cemetery, Project Number AK-09-01 / RSA0921090, will be received before 2:00 p.m., August 22, 2025 at 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska.This federally funded project will construct the Interior Alaska Veterans Cemetery facility in Salcha, Alaska. Work includes site grading, fencing, roadways, parking areas, walkways, site utilities, and construction of cemetery, administration, and maintenance facilities. The contract includes six (6) additive alternates for construction of various facility components described in the specifications and drawings.A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at 10:00am on Friday August 8, 2025 at the project location (7229 Dehalden Lane, Salcha, AK 99714). Bidders intending to participate are requested to notify the Project Manager, Lauren Staft, at (907) 451-5424 or lauren.staft@alaska.gov at least 48 hours in advance.The Engineer's Estimate is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
