Facilities Condition Assessment and Master Plan

The City of Melbourne is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (RFQ) for a Facilities Condition Assessment and Master Plan. The primary purpose of this project is to assess the condition of the City's facilities and develop a comprehensive master plan for their management and improvement. The scope of work encompasses asset management services, building and facilities management services, architectural design (including professional consulting and building design), site assessment and field observation, building structure consulting, and environmental site assessments. It also includes architectural and engineering services related to Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and special consultants for CIP. Key requirements include, but are not limited to: a thorough condition assessment of existing facilities, development of a master plan outlining prioritized maintenance, repair, and replacement strategies, and consideration of environmental factors.
