Description

The Town is soliciting proposals from licensed, qualified firms for the design and permitting of drainage improvements for Longboat Key Village Phase 1. The project is located in the Longboat Key Village neighborhood on Longboat Key, Florida. The Phase 1 area, including Longboat Drive E, Fox Street, Russell Street, Basyside Drive, Broadway, and Lois Avenue, was identified as a known problem area that is susceptible to sea level rise (SLR), king tide flooding, and standing water during rainfall events that are concurrent with a high tide. The Town’s selection process for services is in accordance with Section 287.055, F.S., Consultants Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA). A Professional Services Selection Committee will review the qualifications of all submitting Proposers meeting the minimum requirements set forth herein. In addition to Section 287.055, F.S., this RFP is being solicited in accordance with the Procurement Requirements for Federal grants, as provided in Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200 – Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, Procurement Standards, paragraphs §200.317 to §200.326 and FEMA Regulations as incorporated herein in order to be eligible for reimbursement under the Public Assistance Program
