ERAU Prescott campus would like to recycle: 1.undamaged lithium ion, polymer, and metal batteries 2.alkaline batteries 3.lead acid batteries Preferably we would like to containerize the batteries in our central accumulation area pending a periodic collection by the supplier. We don’t want to ship or transport the batteries ourselves. Payment from the vendor for the recycling is not a key consideration. We just want the most cost-effective way possible to recycle these batteries so they don’t end up in the landfill. If the vendor provides a container with a pre-paid shipping label, that works well for us. However, providing a vehicle and driver to collect the batteries will also be sufficient.
