1. SCOPE: Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 2165.001, Custodianship ofState Property, and Section 2156.121, Use of Competitive Sealed Proposals, theTexas Facilities Commission is requesting responses to this Request forProposal for the provision of repair, installation, and maintenance of Doors(wood, glass, metal fire rated, automated and non-automated swing and sliderdoors), Hatches, Gate Operators, Parking Toll Equipment, Coiling Grilles, Turnstiles, Vehicle Barriers,Dock Levelers and locksmithing services in various facilities managed by theTexas Facilities Commission throughout Texas with most services taking place inAustin, Texas. TFC anticipates award to multiple vendors from thissolicitation.A) The Contractor must be availableon a continuous twenty four (24) hour basis including holidays and weekends.B) SeeAttachment A – Services Contract for full scope of work
