Overhead Door, Fire Doors, Smoke Barriers, and Fire Barriers Preventative Maintenance Austin State Hospital

HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for overhead doors, garage door, operator, and fire door preventative maintenance (PM) and repairs for facility maintenance on an as needed basis throughout the fiscal year for Austin State Hospital (ASH). On-Site Visit HHSC will conduct two (2) mandatory on-site visits at the location specified below on the date and time identified in the Procurement Schedule (cover page of this IFB) or on the date and time established in subsequent Addenda.The on-site visit will include a review of the IFB requirements as well as a walk-through of the facility.Attendance is mandatory. Failure to attend in person will result in the disqualification of a Bidder. Bidders not listed on the attendance log will not be permitted to submit a Response.
