The State of Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is soliciting professional services for the design of a Joint Traffic Management Center (JTMC) to co-locate emergency dispatch personnel and statewide operations staff in a centralized, purpose-built facility at the Alaska State Troopers facility in Fairbanks, Alaska. The project includes architectural, engineering, and technology systems design services.A complete description of services is contained in the RFP Package. Estimated period for performance of the Agreement is approximately September 2025 through December 2029. Cost of these professional services is expected to be in the range of $500,000 and $1,000,000.
