50780 Proposal To Amend A State Airport Land Lease - King Salmon

PROPOSAL TO AMEND A STATE AIRPORT LAND LEASE: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to amend the Premises Description and Term of Lease ADA-50780. The Premises Description will be amended to Block 800, Lot 4B consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet & Block 800, Lot 5A, consisting of approximately 16,337 square feet, for a total of 31,337 square feet, at King Salmon Airport, for an additional 26 years, to expire June 1, 2068. Applicant: Big Creek Holdings LLC. Annual rent: $6,800.13. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - Aircraft storage, aircraft maintenance and other storage, secondary use as storage of non-aeronautical equipment that does not displace aeronautical. This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., August 28, 2025 after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease.
