ADA-08679 Proposal to Amend a State Airport Land Lease at Seward Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to change the authorized uses of Lease ADA-08679 (Lot 9, Block 200), consisting of approximately 15,000 square feet, at Seward Airport. Applicant: Chordline Aviation, LLC. Annual rent: $2,154.96 and any other associated fees. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – The maintenance and operation of a hangar, aircraft tie downs, storage and dispensing of aviation fuel for Lessee’s aircraft only and related vehicle parking all for Lessee’s aviation related business.Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., August 28, 2025, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease.
