These services are needed to ensure extended hours of mechanical support and prompt response for the CFTOD Parking Operations equipment to maintain functions during hours of constant pedestrian traffic. Preventative maintenance: Contractor will maintain the units using trained personnel directly employed by their firm. The maintenance will include inspection, lubrication, and adjustment of parts. A mandatory site visit will be conducted on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 8:00 A.M.
