Description

The Village requests the services of a qualified employee benefits consulting firm to provide an evaluation of the Village’s existing employee benefits plans including health, dental, vision, life and prescription drug benefits and to recommend the most cost-effective method of providing those employee benefits. The firm will also be asked to make recommendations regarding supplemental insurance and/or other benefit programs related to the Village’s 125 Cafeteria Plan, COBRA administration and other worksite wellness benefits. Service delivery models for consideration include, but are not limited to, brokerage services, membership in multi-jurisdictional pools and/or direct relationships with an insurance carrier or carriers

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
