The initial base term of the prospective contract is a period of one calendar year, and HCDE may elect to extend any contract awarded pursuant to this RFP for up to four additional one-year renewal terms. *Note: Vendor(s) awarded under RFP#25/018MF for Technology Products and Services need not respond to this RFP unless the vendor(s) desires to be considered for the HCDE-specific portion of the RFP.
