Description

Construction of site improvements and associated work at the Brooks Memorial Library in Brattleboro, Vermont. The project is located at 224 Main Street in Brattleboro, Vermont. The project will be constructed in two phases so that the Brooks Memorial Library will always be fully accessible. Phase “A” will include work on the east side of the Library on Main Street. Phase “B” will consist of work on the west side of the library adjacent to the Municipal Center parking lot. The project is generally described as excavation and removal of existing sidewalks, retaining walls, earth and associated items. Construction of new retaining walls (82 cubic yards), sidewalks (323 sq yards), curbing (272 feet), steps, concrete patios (254 sq. yards), footings for structures, installation of stormwater associated drainage, reconstruction of existing fencing, new railings and fencing, paving and all appurtenant work
