Kitsap Transit has recently opened a contract opportunity KT 26-021 – Port Orchard Intermodal Terminal (POIT) Scope of Work.KT #26-021 – POIT SOWKitsap Transit is seeking is requesting proposals for qualified consultants to develop a professionally written, clear, well-defined Scope of Work (SOW) for future Preliminary Engineering (PE), Design, and NEPA phases for the POIT.
