Description

Bids shall be accepted from qualified, experienced and licensed general contractors to furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, permitting, safety measures and all other necessary incidentals to construct an off-road unpaved walking nature trail on CITY property along landscaping berm areas. The project site runs parallel to SR 84, west of Glades Parkway to the Bonaventure Canal, then south along the canal bank, ending at Saddle Club Road. The project consists of the removal and disposal of shrubs, trees, roots, etc. and the constriction of approximately 9,200 linear feet of unpaved walking trail, wayfinding signage, safety signage and other amenities
