Central Maintenance Metal Reroofing

Provide all materials, equipment, labor, supervision, shop drawings, permits, inspections, fees, to install a new standing seam roof system over existing metal roof system, all in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications, and the Florida Building Code, 2020 edition, as adopted by the City of Orlando Florida. 1) install new metal standing seam roof panels over existing metal roof (“metal over metal” application) using a retrofit (metal over metal) system such as manufactured by Roof Huggers, Inc. 2) install 1” rigid foam insulation (thermal blocking) cut and placed between the standing seams of the existing roof and the new roof panels, 3) include all related fascia, rakes, eaves, gutters, downspouts, flashing & vent/pipe boots, 4) provide OHA with color-palette from which to select a color that closely matches existing fascia panels (i.e. evergreen or forest green)
