CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR CITY HALL RESILIENCY HARDENING IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT FOR THE CITY OF OKEECHOBEE

Under the general supervision of the City Administrator, the Individual/firm will perform construction services for renovations and repairs to City Hall. These services will include, but not limited to: • Replace existing windows and exterior doors/frames with new insulated/impacted rated ones. • Repair/restore/reseal/repaint all existing exterior stucco walls. • Seal cracks in pre-cast concrete columns and ornamentation on front of building. • Repair/restore/reseal/repaint all existing exterior soffits and brackets. Replace damaged soffits and brackets. • Replace roofing tile system. • Remove existing floor tiles at porch areas. Install slip resistant concrete coating. • Replace and install new exterior conduit and wiring covers at all exterior locations. Coordinate with owner on which are abandoned. • Remove all existing shutter support brackets at windows. • Replace vent wall louvers at porches. Match size, shape and air flow. • Install new concrete walk, ramps and handrails. • Slope existing ceiling tiles/support at interior areas where ceiling is below window head.
