Oracle Third-Party Support Services

The Southwest Florida Water Management District is soliciting proposals for Oracle Third-Party Support Services. The purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive third-party support for the District's Oracle software and related systems. The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: support for microcomputer, mainframe, and server-based Oracle software, including cloud-based systems; access services for data; application service provider (ASP) services, including web-based hosting; support for application software on mainframe servers, and microcomputer systems for various purposes (business, mathematical, statistical, medical, scientific); advanced and biometric authentication system software services; electronic forms services; data entry, preparation, processing, recovery, and conversion services; diskette, CD Rom, DVD, Blu-ray, and Tape Duplicating services; Ecommerce software development services; emergency back-up, disaster recovery services and facilities for data processing; facilities management services; image processing and conversion services. Key requirements include demonstrated expertise in Oracle software support, experience with systems mentioned above, and the ability to provide reliable and timely support services. The due date for proposals is August 12, 2025.
