The Work generally includes (but is not limited to): In preparation for converting the property into a park next year, this bid is for the demolition of the US Bank Building at 453 Forest Avenue. This includes the drive through overhang and columns. Cut all walls four feet below grade and fill the cavity with stone. Remove and properly dispose of all materials. A Phase 1 study is available to bidders
