Description

The Contract Project consists of the construction of gravity sewers and force mains of four (4) inch through eighteen (18) inch diameter including manholes, service lines, service connections, road crossings, site work, appurtenances, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work. The Project also includes the construction of water lines of two (2) inch through eighteen (18) inch diameter including valves, fire hydrants, services connections, road crossings, site work, appurtenances, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work. The project also includes the construction stormwater lines, including various structures, road crossings, site work, appurtenances, erosion/sediment control measures, labor and materials necessary to install the authorized work. The Contract may include emergency type activities on a short notice basis. The Contract will renew automatically one year after the Agreement Date, unless written notification is provided by either party within 90 days of the Contract Completion Date. The Contract will include an additional one-year options for renewal, resulting in a three-year Contract
