It is the intent of the City of Bedford, Texas to select a contractor through a competitive proposal process to provide complete design and construction services for the development of four (4) outdoor tennis and four-six (4-6) pickleball courts for the City of Bedford, Texas. The project includes all sitework, design, engineering, permitting, construction, equipment installation, and project closeout. This will be a one-step process
