Construct approximately 2,000 linear feet of taxiway, 130,000 square feet of aircraft parking apron, 2,350 linear feet of access road, approximately 334,800 square feet of lease lot area; including clearing and grubbing, excavation, subbase crushed aggregate vase course, crushed aggregate surface course, hot mis asphalt, pavement markings, edge lighting, apron lighting, drainage, installation of water and sewer systems, installation of soil absorption system, electronic gate, fence replacement, replacement of an electric equipment building, topsoil and seeding, and other associated work
