Description

The City of Milton is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist with the five-year update of its 2040 Comprehensive Plan, as required by the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA). This effort will involve working with City staff, the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC), and the community to update the Community Work Program, review progress since the last plan, and revise goals, needs, and opportunities as needed. The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering the updated plan in accordance with the DCA Chapter 110-12-1 Minimum Standards and Procedures for Local Comprehensive Planning and the City¿s timeline. All qualified proposals will receive consideration without regard to age, handicap, religion, creed or belief, political affiliation, race, color, sex, or national origin. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bid/proposals and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton.
