Description

The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to identify and hire the most highly qualified Construction Manager at Risk (“CMAR”) firm or entity to act as the CMAR for a project for St. Lucie County Facilities. The work of this project generally includes, but is not limited to, the construction of a new animal care facility designed to provide com-prehensive animal care, adoption, and control services. The facility will be built on 2 parcels of land, with a third that will be designated for livestock grazing. The total enclosed area for all non-livestock components will be ap-proximately 20,000 square feet, while the covered livestock barn is estimated to be approximately 7,000 square feet
