WLS is seeking competitive proposals for various banking services from a bank that will offer the highest quality service at the lowest cost to the organization, The goal of this RFP is to identify a bank which will provide accurate, timely depository and account maintenance services, maximize the utilization of idle funds, minimize risk of loss, provide sound investment and banking service advice, utilize secure, electronic, and automated banking options and accomplish these goals at the lowest reasonable cost. WLS has a strong desire to develop a lasting relationship with a financial institution that displays a core commitment to partnering with non-profit organizations that offer programs which reach underserved populations such as English language learners, teens, senior citizens and those seeking job and career counseling. WLS intends to award one contract and does not anticipate awarding to multiple entities
