NOTICE OF PROPOSED CHANGES ON THE ALASKA UNIVERSAL SERVICE FUNDIN THE REGULATIONS OF THE REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKAThe Regulatory Commission of Alaska proposes to adopt a regulation change in Title 3 of the Alaska Administrative Code, dealing with the Alaska Universal Service Fund including the following:3 AAC 53.300(d) is proposed to be changed as follows: The change extends the life of the Alaska Universal Service Fund through June 30, 2028, and updates statutory authority to reflect enactment of sec. 6, ch. 24, SLA 2024 (HB 307).You may comment on the proposed regulation change, including the potential costs to private persons of complying with the proposed change, by submitting written comments to the Regulatory Commission of Alaska at 701 W. 8th Ave, Ste 300, Anchorage, AK 99501.
