Utilities Motor and Pump Repair Services

The City of Ormond Beach is requesting proposals from qualified firms to enter into a contractual agreement to provide pump and motor repair services on an “as needed basis” for the Utilities Division of the Public Works Department. Award may be made to one or more firms, and no guaranteed quantity of work is offered. The awarded firm(s) shall furnish all services in accordance with, but not limited to, the guidelines in the Scope of Work. Proposals will be received at the Office of the Purchasing Coordinator, City Hall, Room 102, Ormond Beach, Florida, until September 10, 2025, at 2:00 p.m., at which time proposals will be opened and publicly read aloud in the Training Room (breezeway) at City Hall. Proposals received after the above time and date will be returned unopened. The deadline for submitting questions is September 3, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. Questions received after that time will not be responded to
