Description

Furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to perform proposed renovations to first floor bathrooms and second floor office spaces at the Utilities Field Office (UFO) building as detailed in the plans and specifications included with the bid documents. Scope of work includes but is not limited to all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for demolition of existing building elements, bathroom renovations, replacing flooring, construction of dedicated office spaces, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC ductwork, and all other incidental work necessary to provide a complete and functional renovation in accordance with the Bid Documents. Furniture for the second-floor office space is not included in this contract
