NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATIONOn April 8, 2025 the Department of Environmental Conservation adopted regulations in 18 AAC 31. The regulations concern the repeal of 18 AAC 31.012(a), the Homemade Foods Update per HB 251.The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on April 11, 2025, and are effective on May 11, 2025. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.The regulation changes will first appear in Register 254, July 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code
