NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONSERVATIONOn July 10, 2025 the Department of Environmental Conservation adopted regulations in 18 AAC 83. The regulations concern Credits for Intake Pollutant Discharge.The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on July 14, 2025, and are effective on August 13, 2025. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.The regulation changes will first appear in Register 255, October 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code
