UNCSA is seeking proposals for a hosted, web-based turn-key ticketing solution that integrates existing technologies and supports future growth. The system must offer intuitive end-user training, robust reporting tools, integrated CRM capabilities with real-time third-party interfacing (e.g., Ellucian Banner Ethos, Raiser's Edge), and mobile responsiveness. Vendors must have at least five years of experience and a proven track record with similar implementations. The solution must comply with UNCSA and NC state financial and data processing regulations.
