The City of Albuquerque invites expressions of interest from nonprofit and government agencies to provide medical, behavioral health, or social services within dedicated space at the Gateway Center, a centrally located campus focused on supporting individuals experiencing homelessness and housing instability. The Gateway Center is a 572,000-square-foot former hospital located at 5400 Gibson Blvd SE. The Center has been reimagined as a comprehensive health, housing, and homelessness hub offering overnight shelter beds, wraparound services, and onsite tenancy for mission-aligned service providers. Available Space: The City has several move-in ready or build-to-suit spaces ranging from clinical suites to administrative offices and flexible-use areas.
