In general, this project includes performing a job classification study addressing nearly all County employees. As part of this process, the Consultant will evaluate and report on the County’s base compensation data and collect and report on certain additional compensation and benefits data. Walworth County does not intend to adjust our benefits at this time, but may elect to do so if a significant market discrepancy is identified in our benefits package.
