The project is generally described as approximately 3,278 linear feetof sidewalk, curb & gutter, storm drainage, concrete and asphalt paving and associated sitework.An In-Person pre-bid conference will be held at the Albemarle County Office Building, Room 246, located at 401McIntire Road, Charlottesville, VA 22902, at 10:00 am on Thursday, November 13, 2025. Attendance will beoptional for those submitting a bid.
