Seeking proposals from qualified local organizations to partner on community-based outreach and education efforts that support our utility’s decarbonization and electrification goals, collectively comprising TCLP's Energy Rewards Programs. The selected partner(s) will help design and execute relevant, accessible, and impactful engagement strategies that promote participation in utility-led programs by increasing community understanding of climate change, decarbonization, and clean energy opportunities.
